I forgot to post my scores from the HAN swap meet! I made out more this year than in years past. It’s kind of surprising give the fact that Hot August Nights has basically driven the swap meet into the ground. However this year there were a few different vendors that had not been there before. One of them was Auto City Classic out of Minnesota. I was able to get an aluminum radiator from them $100 cheaper than anywhere else. These aren’t cheap aftermarket units either. They’re made with 2 high capacity rows of 1 1/8″ cores.

 

My second score was a pair of original steel fender skirts. Something I have been looking for for over 3 years! There is always one vendor there that sells nothing but skirts. He usually has fiberglass cruiser skirts and aftermarket skirts, but every time I ask him about original skirts he just shakes his head. This year though he actually had them! They are true NOS items, never been installed, and I got them for almost half what I see them go for on Ebay.
