So I just couldn’t help myself. I was like a kid on Christmas. I just had to get the blaster out and try it. I gathered up some my pot metal pieces, bought some glass media and set off for the shop. It worked great! The results are below. The last pic shows a headlight ring that I sprayed a quick coat of black primer on, just to see what the surface is like. It’s smooooooth!

This weekend, with the help of my dad, I plan to hit all of the suspension components and any other pieces I can get my hands on. I might even drag the body outside with the forklift and blast the frame and firewall, we’ll see.
